1. Promotion Period

This promotion runs from 22 May 2026 to 31 October 2026 (inclusive). Applications submitted after this date will not be eligible for the Cashback.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is open to Singapore-registered businesses (Private Limited, LLP, or Sole Proprietorship) with a valid Unique Entity Number (UEN), subject to the following conditions:

a) HReasily status: Both new and existing HReasily customers are eligible, provided they meet the minimum qualifying action set out in Clause 3.

b) New to CIMB Commercial Banking: Applicants must not currently hold any CIMB business or commercial banking product, including but not limited to: CIMB SGD Business Current Account, CIMB USD Business Current Account, CIMB BizChannel, or any other CIMB SME or commercial banking facility.

c) Existing CIMB personal banking customers remain eligible: Applicants who hold only personal CIMB banking products — such as personal savings accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, or personal loans — are considered new to CIMB Commercial Banking and remain fully eligible, provided they open and activate a new qualifying CIMB SME Account during the promotion period.

d) Business-level eligibility: Eligibility is assessed at the business entity (UEN) level. A business whose directors, shareholders, or owners hold CIMB personal banking products does not disqualify that business from this promotion.

e) Verification: HReasily and CIMB reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any applicant and may request supporting documentation. Any application found to be ineligible may be rejected without recourse.

3. Minimum Qualifying Action — HReasily

Customers must subscribe to, or renew into, an HReasily Pro annual plan with a minimum 12-month commitment, issued on a single invoice and paid in full with no outstanding balance. Monthly subscriptions, free plans, and partial payments do not qualify.

4. Banking Requirement — CIMB

Customers must successfully open and activate a CIMB SGD SME Account during the promotion period. The account must remain active and in good standing for at least 90 days from the date of approval.

5. Cashback Fulfilment

The S$100 Cashback will be paid by HReasily via bank transfer to a bank account of HReasily's choice (typically the customer's nominated business account) within 90 days of both the HReasily Pro subscription and the CIMB SME Account being verified as active and in good standing. Customers will be notified by email once the Cashback has been processed.

6. One Per Business

Limited to one (1) Cashback per business entity (UEN). This offer cannot be combined, stacked, or exchanged for any other HReasily or CIMB promotion, discount, or reward.

7. Data & Privacy

By participating, customers consent to HReasily and CIMB sharing relevant business information solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility and processing the Cashback, in line with both companies' privacy policies and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

8. Right to Amend

HReasily and CIMB reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion and these terms at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of HReasily and CIMB shall be final and binding.

9. Tax

Any taxes, fees, or charges arising from the Cashback are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
