1. Promotion Period

This promotion runs from 22 May 2026 to 31 October 2026 (inclusive). Applications submitted after this date will not be eligible for the free trial.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is exclusive to Singapore-registered businesses (Private Limited, LLP, or Sole Proprietorship) with a valid Unique Entity Number (UEN), subject to the following conditions:

a) Existing CIMB Commercial Banking customer: Applicants must be verified existing CIMB business customers at the time of application. This includes holders of any CIMB business or commercial banking product, such as: CIMB SGD Business Current Account, CIMB USD Business Current Account, CIMB BizChannel, or any other CIMB SME or commercial banking facility.

b) New to HReasily: Applicants must not currently hold any paid HReasily plan at the time of application. Customers on HReasily's free tier are eligible, provided they have not held a paid HReasily subscription within the 12 months prior to application.

c) Personal CIMB banking alone does not qualify: Applicants who only hold personal CIMB banking products (e.g. personal savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans) without an active CIMB commercial banking relationship are not eligible for this offer. Such applicants may instead be eligible for the HReasily × CIMB $100 Cashback promotion at partner.hreasilygroup.com.

d) Business-level eligibility: Eligibility is assessed at the business entity (UEN) level. The CIMB business relationship must be held by the applying business entity, not by its directors, shareholders, or owners personally.

e) Verification: HReasily and CIMB reserve the right to verify each applicant's CIMB business customer status, with the applicant's consent, before trial activation. Any application found to be ineligible may be declined without recourse.

3. What's Included

Qualifying customers will receive six (6) calendar months of free access to HReasily Pro, including all standard HReasily Pro features. Access begins from the date of trial activation, which will be confirmed by email from HReasily's Customer Success team within 2 business days of successful verification.

4. No Credit Card Required

This trial does not require credit card details at sign-up. Customers will not be auto-charged at the end of the 6-month trial period. Continuation of the service beyond the trial period requires the customer's explicit opt-in to a paid HReasily Pro plan.

5. Post-Trial Continuation

After the 6-month trial period, customers may choose to continue with any HReasily Pro plan at then-prevailing rates. If the customer does not actively opt in to continue, the account will be paused. Customer data will be retained for thirty (30) days after trial expiry to allow for seamless continuation or data export, after which it will be deleted in line with HReasily's data retention policy.

6. One Per Business

Limited to one (1) trial per business entity (UEN). This offer cannot be combined, stacked, or exchanged for the HReasily × CIMB $100 Cashback promotion or any other HReasily or CIMB promotion, discount, or reward.

7. Fair Use

HReasily reserves the right to terminate a trial early if it detects misuse of the platform, including but not limited to: fraudulent account creation, violation of HReasily's standard Terms of Service, sharing of trial access with non-eligible third parties, or use of the trial for purposes outside ordinary business operations.

8. Data & Privacy

By participating, customers consent to HReasily and CIMB sharing relevant business information solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility and activating the trial, in line with both companies' privacy policies and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Customer data will be handled in accordance with HReasily's and CIMB's respective privacy policies, available on their official websites.

9. Right to Amend

HReasily and CIMB reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion and these terms at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of HReasily and CIMB shall be final and binding.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
